Orders and delivery

Delivery times, carriers and shipping costs are set out in our shipping policy. If an order has not turned up when you expected it, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The short version is on our returns and refunds page; the binding version is the refund policy.

Using the product

Once a day, onto a dry scalp, not rinsed out. There is more detail, including what the formula is built around and what we do not claim for it, on our science page.

Is it right for me

Our hair quiz takes about two minutes and needs no account. It will point you at a starting point rather than diagnose anything — Albemore is a cosmetic, and a doctor or dermatologist is the right person for sudden or patchy hair loss.

Use the contact page and include your order number if you have one. We would rather answer a question before you buy than after.
